BEST Windscreen Repairs & Replacements in Gollan NSW 2820

Yesterday morning 2/7/21 we took our vehicle with a chip on the bottom left side of the wind screen to O'Briens Auto glass. The guy that served me asked if i was looking to have the windscreen fully replaced. I told him no, even though we have insurance on our vehicle its just a chip and we would like it fixed because I have had similar chips in my windscreen in the past fixed by a private autoglass repairer in Sydney. The guy then suggested we go for a walk because it will take them 30 to 40 minutes to fix. I came back an hour later and the chip had not evened changed. The guy at Auto glass said he was sorry that they could not do anything to repair the chip and that they will not be charging us. I couldn't believe he even suggested that because it looked like they didn't even attempt to do any sort of repairs to the chip but made an excuse that they couldn't fix it due to dew in the glass. The only thing they did was move my car. Dishonest and deceitful would not recommend to anyone.

I bought a car from these guys, dumbest decision I've ever made, have had a million issues with it and within 6 months the car is completely dead. I was desperate for a car so it is my own fault, however paying 3800 for a hopeless Nissan pulsar with one week's rego, they passed the pink slip, how on earth with all the problems it has did they pass the pink slip. Was missing fuses, they've duct taped the wiring from the battery to the motor obviously done something dodgy, nothing is tightly screwed including the battery terminals. 1/10 definitely would not recommend to anybody, they will Rip you off for a quick profit
