Recently, I was faced with the well known Toyota paint peel replacement saga. After 6 months of listening to reasons why the paint replacement job could not be done, I was finally directed to Chris and Woonona Smash Repairs. Not only was Chris understanding of my situation, but he then undertook to professionally respray my car completely. To say I was astounded with the “new” car I got back from Chris, would be understating his courtesy, honesty and professional approach to smash repairs. I will be returning to Chris and Woonona Smash Repairs, early next year, as Chris has indicated he wants to finish it off “ like a new car”! I would recommend Woonona Smash Repairs to anyone wanting work done on cars, mainly because of the integrity, honesty and work ethic Chris has shown me.

My car was having major issues out of the blue today, and I was unfortunately far from home and in a sticky situation. I called Autochange for last minute help and not only did they fit me in immediately, but they assessed my car within minutes and provided a short term solution for me to get my car home safely and to my normal mechanic. I honestly couldn’t rate my experience more highly and I’m so grateful to the team. A special thanks to the lovely office manager who took care of me - she was equally knowledgeable and just lovely to be around.
