Went in for a windscreen stone chip repair. Came out with that plus a fix of a flapping piece of trim because they happened to have the right clip on hand to fix that too. No extra charge. Can't ask for better service than that. Thanks! Highly recommended.

Bear’s Mechanical is excellent for all your mechanical service needs. We had a little hiccup whilst travelling through Mount Isa and they went above and beyond to fix it. This is the best service anyone could hope for. Bear, the owner, is fantastic, very friendly, and welcoming. He is the epitome of country town hospitality.

It’s so refreshing that you can take your car to a mechanic and know you won’t get ripped off. He is the best mechanic in North QLD because he treats all his customers as friends. If he thought he had overcharged you by even $1, he wouldn’t be able to sleep that night.

They offer great and reliable service at Bears Mechanical. I dropped off our camper early with a suspected wheel bearing problem. By lunch, they phoned saying that everything was checked with no fault found. There was no charge and we went our way safely.

Cant speak highly enough about their service. Arrived late with a broken windscreen, they stayed back and replaced it, kept it overnight and had Toyota recalibrate the gizmos attached early next morning and off we drove. Very impressed. Garry M
