Michelle and the team were brilliant. I’d initially spoken to Michelle on a Saturday. You could tell she was out with her family and she was still so friendly and professional. She accommodated to my insane nightshift hours and worked around this where ever she could and the guys came and measured up AND installed all within the smallest time frame knowing my house was about to go on the market. Couldn’t highly recommend these guys enough. Biggest biggest THANK YOU. Can’t tell the window was ever broken.

I know how i will be calling when i need a reno, girlfriend just had heres done by DKZ Carpentry and it looks just amazing like a whole complete new home. By opening the house right up who would have thought excellent work and now i have your number will be calling in next couple months wonderful work.

I did not have any work done by Elite Carpentry so I can't send feedback on that particular area, however I was so impressed at the efficient answer to my call out for a quote to repair a fence. I was sent a message thanking me for the contact but were unable to quote given they were booked out until early next year. Customer service is very important to any business, particularly a small business and it does leave a good impression for future contact. Thank you Elite for taking the time to reply - I have had no other reply from any of the other companies.

Drew did an amazing job for us he replaced the glass at our house and installed mirrors in our home gym and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish he was incredibly communicative, punctual and just a genuinely lovely guy to deal with. He went above and beyond and made the whole process so easy. We’ll definitely be using Lumba Glass & Glazing again highly recommend!
