Very unprofessional and unreliable service. Didn't turn up

Unprofessional and Manipulating. Got a quote from this company, didn’t proceed with organising a day and time. Jason rocked up with 4 of his workers, without asking permission and without notifying us. We proceeded to say to him that we never arranged for him to come & he said he was just showing his workers the yard. Shouldn’t be showing up to peoples houses without asking them first, especially with 4 workers. We proceeded to tell him that his services were not needed because we only got a quote from him. Jason then turned nasty and proceeded to yell and carry on at myself. Extremely unprofessional and watch out for them just rocking up to your house without permission or notice. Seems like they had no work on so they tried to manipulate a situation by rocking up to our house so they had work. Do not recommend at all. No service provider should turn that nasty and be that unprofessional because they were declined a job that wasn’t theirs in the first place.

they are amazing teh volunteer there time and services for a charity and do an amazing job! could not fault them!
