Great service, great price, great work! Will use again!

I contacted housekeeping heaven (HKH) about booking a 2 hour general house clean. We settled on Friday at 9am. On the day of the clean it got to 9:20am and the cleaner had still not arrived. I rang housekeeping heaven and was informed that my clean was actually booked for 11:30am. I said to her that I was under the impression that the clean was booked for 9am and she said the best she could do was 11:30. HKH was very reluctant to apologise or take any ownership for any part in the misunderstanding which indicated to me poor customer service. The cleaner didnt actually arrive until 1:30pm (they were 2 hours late). There was no communication from housekeeping heaven to me in regards to the fact that the cleaner was running late and there was no apology about her lateness. I would not recommend housekeeping heaven as they are unreliable and their communication and customer service is extremely poor.

The service blue water window cleaning provided was top notch. The price was fair and the way in which the works were completed was completely professional. I highly recommend blue water window cleaning for a prompt service that is second to none!
