He responded immediately to my enquiry, came to see me the following day, gave me the advice I needed to make the correct choice for our home, gave me a (very reasonable) quote right then and there and was willing to accommodate me with my timeframe. They arrived when they said they would, explained what they would do and how they would do it, covered furniture and fittings to protect my belongings and go straight on with the job. We had 2 skylights installed and they were installed, clean up was done and they were gone in less than 2 hours. To say we are DELIGHTED with the results in a complete understatement.
