I would normal have given this branch 5 stars due to the service provided my Matt. Very helpful. Due to an issue which appears to be my tyres I rang the branch to purchase a new set. A different person took my call and I proceeded to explain the process I had been through to diagnose my issue. The response I was given was blatantly rude, dismissive. I didn't get the person's name as... I couldn't understand him. At the end of his rant he said I needed to go and buy a new set of tyres. The set I was to replace are maybe just over 1 year old. I explained nicely that this was the purpose of my call, thanked him and hung up. Sorry mate, you just cost the business a new sale. Very disappointed and I find it a shame as I've always taken my vehicle to this store over many years and had great service using Matt!
