“The staff at Smitty's went above and beyond today to help my husband with a tyre and a damaged wheel. Getting him back on the road within 2hrs. Thanks also for organising a local welder to help out.”

No words can express our gratitude to Deb and Greg. Less than 600 kms into our planned 6,000 km road trip we blew a rear suspension airbag on our Prado. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do for us, but everyone went out of their way to assist. Deb even ferried me back to my motel while they investigated the problem. To top it off, they refused to accept any payment. What champions!

Tamworth Tyres & Suspension CentreI rang a few weeks ago to buy some oil I wanted that was on special. I live 100 KMs from Tamworth. The young lady I talked to on the phone put the oil away for me to pick up later. I also asked for a washer. She rang me back and said she would also put that away for me. When I went to pick them up I wanted some other things. This young lady went and got them for me. I went today to buy fuel injector cleaner. I got the same young woman. This young lady Sigrid is so pleasant, professional. I will not go anywhere else for car equipment because of her. Thank you Sigrid.
