Good service with phone calls and emails. However I wanted a small dent in the vehicle, with out having to paint at all! It seems they do not use the "dent-less" process, but their advert says they "fix dents" of course! Not that way?

Excellent family business from Andrew & team. The customer service left me saying "I will be back again without a doubt". It is So refreshing to have confidence in a mechanic again. I was given a fast appointment due to an unexpected long distant family event arising, and from start to finish my service was could not have been any better. Excellent family business from Andrew & team. The customer service left me saying "I will be back again without a doubt". It is So refreshing to have confidence in a mechanic again. I was given a fast appointment due to an unexpected long distant family event arising, and from start to finish my service was could not have been any better. Nothing was done without discussing with me first. Nothing was too much trouble for them, I even had their little run around car while It was being done. The owners made sure the entire process was as uncomplicated friendly & importantly as thorough as it could be. Now I can say confidently - YES, I can recommend a great mechanic on the sunny coast.
