Have been buying tyres here for the past decade, one Friday at 11:30 am I asked if I could get my tyre puncture repaired, as I had to travel some distance to work that weekend only 1 car in the workshop but was told earliest I could be booked in was Monday so I was forced to go to a competitor, he fixed the tyre on the spot 15minutes, will be buying my tyres elsewhere from now on, very bad customer service, and no regard for my safety driving around with no spare tyre especially how the roads are now.

If you want someone to lie straight to your face go here! They had my car for over four hours and the only thing they did was clock up lots of miles and use all my Petrol. As he let slip they needed a car that day and it seems it was mine. I called back after four hours but was told he was out, so was my car. They never fixed a single thing, I drove out with the same problem I drove in with but I got the longest rave from them about how great he was for saving me money by not fixing something that didn’t need doing. Every single thing he told me was untrue. I went straight to another mechanic who told me exactly what the problem was and fixed it in half hour. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star for a review.
