Bartz Welding and Fabrication an Australian-owned and operated business, originally started as Bartz Mobile Welding with Steve Bartz, a qualified tradesman with over 20 years of experience in the waste industry, performing mobile welding services and fabrication alone. Steve soon partnered with his son Geoffrey, another fully trade-qualified boilermaker/welder, and working together they expanded Bartz Welding & Fabrication to what it is today. This includes the expansion into a large Brisbane south-side workshop and employing a team of boilermakers/welders, electricians, diesel mechanics, painters, and a team of hydraulic/ fitter technicians. Services have also grown as having full workshop facilities has given Bartz Welding the ability to offer full fabrication, engineering, and maintenance services, Expansion into larger premises is also on the horizon all while still offering 24-hour mobile breakdown services.

State Of The Arc Welding Supplies was established in 1994 by Greg and Michelle - Greg came from an engineering background and Michelle came from an accounting background. The business originated from sales being carried out from the back of a van and from the small home office. It was very difficult in the beginning having no customers and living week to week to keep the business a float, but with hard work, long hours and determination our customer base increased and so did the business.
