I highly recommend Jen & the Team at Haven Botanical. Ordering products from a florist over the phone could have been a daunting process, wanting something special for a special family and occasion, but it was made "easy" because the interaction with Jen & the Team was not only completely professional, but helpful, friendly, courteous and patient with my various questions and accommodated my request (to provide a different pot for the chosen plant which required repotting), always with a "can do" attitude, nothing was "too hard". Ordered a $60 bouquet of flowers to be sent to my sister in law for Mother’s Day (additional cost of $30 for same suburb delivery). The flowers were delivered promptly on the same day however the bouquet was very small and I don’t believe worth the $60. Appreciate that this is a busy period and that supply costs may have increased in recent times but I don’t believe the cost justified the product.
