If you are organising an event or function, our staff will be more than happy to talk to you about your needs. We have a standard menu for you to choose from, but you can alternatively suggest your own dishes or talk to our experienced chefs to create a selection that's just right for you. We are happy to open at night for your private function of 15-30 people. We offer a buffet style option or alternate drop. Please feel free to talk to us about what you have in mind.

Back Deck Dinners is owned & operated by experienced chef, James Ellis. By working closely with clientele the Back Deck Dinners team curates tailored menus & food options to meet specific needs. What started as a private chef service has evolved to include corporate & private catering functions including work Christmas parties & large scale weddings. With seasonally inspired menus leaning on the vast abundance of quality produce the mid north coast has to offer we aim to create truly memorable experiences for clients & their guests. Whether its a small dinner party with a personalised private chef or a large wedding with a full catering service team we will tailor things to your needs.

Nestled in the stunning Hinterlands, just a short drive from Port Macquarie, The Byabarra cafe & bar offers spectacular views, a licenced bar and hearty food. Owned and run by friendly locals Alan & Kerrin, we offer casual dining with wheel chair access and a kid friendly lawn. Come for a bite Wednesday through to Sunday, or make a group booking any day of the week. We also offer venue hire for weddings & functions.
