We booked a Daimler limousine for our wedding and paid for it months in advance. Unfortunately due to mechanical problems, this service was cancelled two days before our wedding. Other vehicles were offered and they were apologetic. My money was fully refunded. I think you would need to be careful not to book an older style car such as their Daimler limousine with this company as it is not reliable.
