An Extremely rude lady answered my phone call when enquiring. She was very horrible to me when i said i was in wollongong and told me to contact a wollongong service and when i mentioned that on her site it states "To and from Nowra, Wollongong and sydney" She hung up on me. If her customer service is this horrible i can't imagine the car ride would be very pleasant especially on a special day like your wedding. Horrible horrible horrible lady. Do not recommend them at all.
