Rude and unprofessional Rude at arrival, rude to my wife, no help with bags, overcharged, rude on the phone twice, expletives, hung up on. These guys should not be in the service industry dealing with members of this public. This was the worst possible welcome to Cairns and a really poor start to our family holiday (which was otherwise fantastic.) I am not sure if they have forgotten what it’s like to have tourists in Cairns but if you are a family or a human being do not use this company.
