I purchased a Waterman pen with the standard engraving in the AM on Thursday on behalf of the company I work for. I was assisted by Laurie over the phone and he was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the whole process (purchasing, express post etc). We received the pen before lunch time the following day (Friday) and our office is based in Bowen Hills. The team took the time to wrap the package carefully and get it to us in less than 24 hours.
