The pest inspector reckoned he couldn't inspect the external of my house due to vegetation, even though I had all the vegetation cut away from the house so it could be painted. Surely if you can paint, you can check for termites. He also 'was sure' there was a shed on the property when there was none. Needless to say, his report was inaccurate and very misleading. Don't waste your money like I did with this lot.
