Marshall responded to the quote request promptly and with a very reasonable quote. He was also very accommodating to fit me in on the dates requested so I could stay on track with the reno’s tight timeline. The floor pattern he laid was a complex chevron pattern I’d architecturally set out and he nailed it, such precise workmanship, a true artist at his trade, with minimal tile wastage as envisioned. Hard to come by this level of quality control. At any issues, he collaborated with me to resolve them to the best standard possible, offering patience and sage advice. He was also just a genuinely likeable bloke who was very considerate of being in the house at suitable times and used drop sheets and cleaned up daily, being super respectful. We’d have no issue getting him back for any tiling job, nor resist in recommending to anyone seeking the best. Cheers legend!
