I recently purchased a house in Dum Dum with a pool, i have never owned a pool before and was unsure what was required to maintain it. Scott came around and showed me the ins and outs, answered all my questions and left me feeling confident. I have also spent a lot of time in the shop picking the other Scotts brain on what affects what with the water, rain, sun etc. A wealth of information and always has the time to share it.

After using other pool shops in the Tweed and Gold Coast areas I had been very disappointed with the service. A colleague recommended I contact Scott at Murwillumbah Pool Shop which I did and I must say the service has been exceptional. When I had my old pool pump pack it in, the staff at Murwillumbah Pool shop sourced the best and most economical replacement for my particular pool. They did not try and sell me the most expensive as other pool shop operators quoted. Their honest approach was refreshing and the installation was done meticulously. I had 2 follow up calls - one from the staff member who did the installation and one from Scott the owner. Excellent service all round. Thank you again.

After being given incorrect information at another store I was directed here. Wow! How lucky was I? It was here that I met the amazing Josh. I am a true beginner where fish are concerned and he helped me enormously. I asked him so many questions I was embarrassed. 3 years ago we had a Bio Pure twin under sink water filter system installed in our home. Since then the whole family has been drinking alot more water now that the chemical taste is gone. Bio Pure come to our home and change the filters for $95.00 each year. We are more than happy with the product and service provided.

How on earth any one can drink the so called water that comes from our taps amazes us. We have had Biopure systems for years and to know that you can drink straight from the tap this absolutely pure water is incredible. The only trouble is that we are so aware of dining out and unfiltered water we then have to resort to bottled which is really no better, so we are so spoilt for quality.
