I called on a Saturday afternoon feeling quite stressed as my water, (hot and cold) stoped working, not running at all. Clinton made very clear that if he was to send somebody out on a sat arvo it could be quite costly! After a few questions to try and access the problem, I was assured it was more than likely something minor, and he would prefer not to have to bill me for a 2 min job! After speaking with Clinton, he not only talked me through the process to fix the problem but he patiently stayed on the line why I did it! Very ethical, and understanding, I know 💯% who I’ll be calling when in need of a plumbing service! Darren from Billabong Waterpumps has got us out of many holes over the years. However, during the recent '(March 2021) extreme storm event, he surpassed good customer service by a mile! Our water pump was submerged and failed, leaving us without running water or toilets. Darren braved the worst of the weather and the mud to climb under our house and replace the pump with a new one he miraculously managed to source! I cannot express how grateful we were when the water started running and the toilets began flushing. Brilliant and exceptional service at a very reasonable price. I can't recommend Darren and Billabong Watertanks highly enough...shame there are only 5 stars to allocate.😆 Thank you soooo much! 👍👍👍
