I called on a Saturday afternoon feeling quite stressed as my water, (hot and cold) stoped working, not running at all. Clinton made very clear that if he was to send somebody out on a sat arvo it could be quite costly! After a few questions to try and access the problem, I was assured it was more than likely something minor, and he would prefer not to have to bill me for a 2 min job! After speaking with Clinton, he not only talked me through the process to fix the problem but he patiently stayed on the line why I did it! Very ethical, and understanding, I know 💯% who I’ll be calling when in need of a plumbing service!
