I rang to enquire about getting a a spare part for a washing machine. The man that I spoke with seemed uninterested, unhelpful and made me feel that I was making worse his otherwise burdensome day by daring to make him answer a query on the telephone. . That man should not ,in my opinion, be working or interfacing with other human beings. Please take him off answering calls immediately, because his customer relations skills need an immediate upgrade if the firm is not going to lose customers. But as Kennedy's appears to have a monopoly in Cairns, maybe they can afford to alienate some people. But I don't think that the business would last, with that attitude, if there were any competition.But I rang later and got a different salesman, and he was good, so maybe the first bloke was having a very bad day.
These clowns are the repair agents for many brands, but seriously tell your manufacturer you will not accept the, 2 weeks of phoning, they dont answer calls or email, EVER. So we have not even got to the stage of them actually even looking at the appliance
