I was disappointed that Oxley & Newport Appliance Service did not have phone answers. I do not use my laptop every day & missed their email. The service man came to the door & I had not been able to tell them that my oven had finally been able to work.
I was very sorry for not having been able to cancel the service in time.
Absolutely disgusted in the managing. Fridge was brought in a personal car not an appliance vehicle. There was an incident involving blood and no incident report to provide when I later asked as I was hung up on by the manager that told me it wasn’t her problem. Really upset as it’s a local business and has great replies but actually disgusted after dealing with them. I had to tell them to not turn the fridge on straight away after travel and they had to read the manual in which I was correct having 3 fridges purchased recently. My neighbour that was older than both the appliance people had to carry it up and was not thanked by any of them. They left so unprofessionally without a goodbye or copy of a report for changeover installation. Very upset with how I was spoken to after confronting the manager about the situation. She wouldn’t even let me speak on the phone before hanging up - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Do not book with these people.
