I had Clinton from City Rural Refrigeration & Appliances repair my fridge. Not only did he turn up on time, my fridge was fixed and working again. Very professional and he's rates were very reasonable.

This company is the most rudest and unorganised I have come across. The staff are lazy and have plenty of time to talk and smoke but you ask for assistance with a topic or needing an urgent service and they faff around and get rude about having to deal with a customer. Disgusting people and zero respect toward the very people putting income in their business. I would rate them no stars if that were an option.

Best customer service experience- the staff went literally out of their way to help me even though a low value transaction. Will be recommending them as this speaks volumes as to their overall service.
