Good liaison with agent for rented property for installment. Simple kitchen, work ok as expected. Met timelines well, efficient installation. Contract did not include finishing of paintwork on adjoining walls and skirting boards and minor restoration from removal of old kitchen. Finished product looked disappointing on this basis and further cost and organisation required to complete. Extra cost of final finishing needs to be taken into account when assessing quoted contract prices. Would be advisable and more efficient to ask for finishing costs to be included in quoted work.

Very unhappy left grease on my floor and door jams from extension cords . One of the guys trod in chook poo and walked through my floors and carpet. One of the guys didn't even try to clean up the mess after installing my windows. I rang and complained and did not even get an apology. Windows are lovely but dirty. Not happy with the after sales service.
