Super impressed with the after sales service. We had a bit of an issue with the original lino laying contractor who had rushed the job, so we went back to Wayne to get it sorted. He sent out his best guy to relay the new lino and made sure our concerns were treated as a priority. The communication was excellent throughout and Wayne kept us updated on the progress. Really appreciate the effort to get everything sorted properly.

My experience with the team at Beaumont's Ballarat started 12 months ago when we were renovating our small ensuite. Since then we have had Plantation Shutters fitted in 3 rooms that are great quality and change the whole look of our house. The tile layer, Col was amazing being a profectionist of his trade and careful not to mark our newly painted walls.
