Could not be happier with Jules from Creature Comforts. As my husband & I both work her mobile service is very helpful. Our little dog needed her teeth attended to and Jules picked her up in the morning and dropped her off later that day. She also sent me a text update after the clean to let me know Mazie was recovering after the anaesthetic. Jules also checked with me the next day to ensure she was OK. We will certainly be continuing Mazie's care with Jules and would happily recommend her service.

Creature Comforts Mobile Vet

Jules has such a lovely way with your pet. My puppy was desexed, and Jules picked her up, and delivered that afternoon. The Operation was very successful and I was very confident that Jules had gone beyond what was required to care for our puppy. Highly recommended. I would be happy for anyone to ring me to confirm my recommendation

Toowoomba Family Vets

They are an extremely friendly team that love their patients! Nice to see the old Weis' Restaurant put to good use again.

Toowoomba Family Vets

I suspected my dog needed urgent care after 12 pm on last Saturday. I found that the Family Vets were still open. Dr Dave listened, did not dismiss my fears but discussed what course of actions that he could take to identify the problem and potential treatments. On return when the problem was identified, treatment regimes were identified and an estimate of the recommended treatment was also given. As Charlie required treatment overnight under his care Dr Dave said he would ring next morning which he did and I collected Charlie at a pre arranged time on Sunday afternoon. A very good experience & outcome.

Need animal hospitals?

Providing a voice for our furry friends, veterinarians or 'vets' as they're fondly known, are the linchpin in the animal health sector. They play an essential role not just in Toowoomba, but worldwide.

First and foremost, vets give our pets top-notch care. From routine check-ups to pro-active prevention advice, their hands-on work ensures our beloved animals stay healthy. Flu shots in spring, worm treatments come summer; these might seem like trivial tasks to us humans, but for pets, it could mean a world of difference.

But don't be fooled into thinking that's all there is to their job. Not by a long shot!

Beyond the regular checkups and immunisations, vets handle any emergent situations with grace under fire. Whether administering crucial first aid after an unfortunate tussle with another animal or performing intricate surgeries to extend or even save lives – vets uphold a truly awe-inspiring responsibility.

Yet even amidst this melee of medical support they provide round-the-clock emergency service - because ailments and injuries seldom follow business hours.

In addition to clinic responsibilities, many carry out extensive research; constantly seeking improvements for pet wellbeing - food quality enhancement comes shining through as one radiant example.

Aside from tail-wagging pet patients – others serve livestock population too – ensuring Australia’s thriving agricultural industry keeps its firm footing. Vets maintain the health of cattle herds for instance; keeping Toowoomba's iconic beef sector alive and kicking; while also closely monitoring the poultry standard ensuring those farm fresh eggs reach our breakfast table perfectly safe - highlighting their dynamic contribution towards food safety and public health.

On a broader scale yet no less significant - vets play instrumental roles advocating for wildlife conservation - providing medical interventions when needed, drawing insights from disease trends; thereby preserving Australia’s unique biodiversity.

So add up all these aspects and you begin to see – being a vet isn’t just about passion itself but also about possessing an incredible skill set blended flawlessly with compassion - earning themselves deep respect across Toowoomba and indeed everywhere else.
