“We had to make the toughest call of our lives when we had to put our baby girl Nova to sleep. The staff were amazing and understood our pain. They made the process as comfortable as possible. They are so kind hearted and professional in their approach to the most sad day of our life. I would love to say a big THANK YOU for looking after our Nova while she was alive and during the process of putting her to sleep, then taking care of all the arrangements afterwards.
