I’ve been taking my dog Bean to this vet clinic for almost eight years, and I truly can’t speak highly enough of the care we’ve received. The team are consistently kind, professional, and genuinely compassionate, not just toward the animals, but toward the humans who love them too. Bean has always been treated with such patience and warmth, which makes every visit far less stressful for both of us. The vets take the time to explain things clearly and never make you feel rushed or dismissed. It’s very obvious that everyone here genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the animals they treat. During what I know has been a challenging time for the clinic, I just want to say thank you for the incredible work you continue to do. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and Bean and I are very grateful to have you in our corner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate veterinary team.

I left my 5yr old cat and 14 week old kitten at Cataway for 4 days this week for the first time. I'm super impressed with everything about Cataway. The staff are wonderful, caring and obviously love cats. They treat each fur baby as an individual, as if thier own. The accommodation is immaculate with huge windows overlooking rural/valley views. There is very big play area with everything a fur baby could want. The staff played with and brushed my fur babies daily. I was pleasantly surprised with regular updates of photos showing they were content and very well looked after. Thankyou to Melissa, Byron and all the lovely staff at Cataway for taking such amazing care of sweet Moet and crazy Frankie. I'm really happy I have found a great second home for my fur babies when I need one and can't recommend Cataway enough. 🙏 Georgina

After using these guys you can see why there is no other clinic to use, they are very professional, clean and it’s as if they can talk to the animals. Only use the best service for my 4 fur babies. They the staff treat our cats as if it was their own cats.
