We took out Cat, Misty in for an ear check up and was told she neeed to have grade one dental work. We were quoted $399 to have this done. A week later we took her in for the dental work to be done only to be told that it will cost $115 for a blood test that needed to be done as she was 12 years old. The age of Misty was known before the original quote and should have been included in that original quote and not put on someone at the last moment once the pet is already at the surgery. Upon follow up I asked to speak to a manager about this. There was not one there as it was the weekend. I did just get a call back from Stacy who said that the blood test was optional and did not have to get done. I explained to her that is was not indicated as being optional due to her age and she then proceeded to say well you accepted it and if we could not afford it then we could have said no. I said we could afford it it was not that it is simply bad practice to quote a lower price and then add somet
Exceptionally caring and obviously highly trained (quick detection, discussion of the problem, various options; evident experience).
No rush in/rush out with these people. Dr Anna Abdala sat in a chair holding my little kitty, listened to the symptoms and the story, examined my troubled little one.
My first use of Wet Noses and - from the first call to all that followed - they're the only number I'm keeping :).
