Iam not one for writeing reviews but i could not miss this opportunity. Recently Dr David Kahl came to our home we had the heartbreaking decision to have our beautiful family pet 18 year old cat lily layed to rest. David clearly explained the process to us he spent a lot of time with her.The gentle and loveing care he showed her we won't forget.One week later we received a beautiful hand written condolence card.Thanks again David for makeing a very sad day so much easier on our family. We contacted Dr Jess when we felt like we were running out of options for our dog Molly. Her anxiety and reactivity were affecting our whole life — walks were stressful, visitors felt impossible, and we didn’t know how best to help her. From the first appointment, Jess made us feel understood and never judged. She looked at the whole picture — Molly’s health, emotions, environment and behaviour — and helped us finally understand why she was struggling. After trying other approaches without success, Dr Jess gave us a realistic plan with the right support, and we started seeing our happy girl come back. We no longer feel helpless — we understand Molly and know how to support her. We are so grateful for everything Dr Jess has done and would recommend her to anyone struggling with their pet’s behaviour.
