My little boy Dusty had a paralysis tick. The staff were amazing and Adam kept me informed every day. They spoke to me about the cost and walked me through everything. Highly recommended. Thanks guys. Dusty is full of beans and back to himself. Regards, Bec
I can't comment on Lisa as a vet, but as a business owner she is appalling. For 4 days I had no idea what was the outcome of my pet. I rang before close of business but went straight to MSG bank and I did not get a response. There was no email or after hours number. Eventually I had a friend search on Facebook and she found a mobile number but it would not ring through.
She eventually contacted Lisa by Facebook and did not get a response until Sunday afternoon.
To say I am not happy is an understatement.
I had Eddie my dog for 10 years and then not to be told that he had been put down and did not find out for 4 days! Disgusting!
Mind you she was quick enough to take my $2'202.00 quick enough.
