Booked vehicle in for a service but noted a problem when delivering, so asked that this be made a priority. On pickup I paid for the service but the priority job hadn't been done. When I complained, the receptionist rudely pointed out that it wasn't on their hand-written list (as though that was my fault!). Despite my objections she continued to snap that it wasn't on the list, leaving my wife in tears. Pity, because the boss tried to be helpful, but rude, aggressive reception will keep me away.
