Cartech AustraliaI was sitting in the reception when this customer entered. She was extremely rude and demanding and wanted the mechanics to come out and set up her radio station. When she was told that she might have to wait for a bit she got very hostile and grunted at the lady behind the desk before marching out. If this is how this person treats people, it is a wonder she gets any service at all. I would ask her to leave if she entered my workplace like that. The lady behind the desk handled the situation very well.
