Happy with prompt reply to my enquiry. Admin lady very helpful in arranging time that suited me to have a plumber attend my property to measure for a quote. Plumber turned up on time and even came back with a colour chart for me to look over.

Selected a diffuser to purchase. Sales lady said there was no box as it was last one in stocks. Couldn't find the manual or paperwork as the boss told them to throw the boxes of display items. So I wasn't allowed to purchase it, but she left it on display. Very unhelpful.
