The Dr I see is absolutely wonderful & would highly recommend her. The nurse I generally see always has a pleasant manner & we get along well. The receptionist at times have been not so good. I have been with this practice for some time. There were more reception staff when I first started attending the practice. The only complaint I have is: when visiting the HotDoc site the pricing for example : $35 for a script to be emailed, sms or for you to collect. You pay for test results whether blood, Pap smear etc. Never had to pay previously. Indeed why we are unable to have face to face visits , but that is just too steep a price. My apologies. I deleted my HotDoc account due to this.

One of the best chemist in Newcastle my mum passed away from stage 4 emphysema ... The staff looked after her like she was family. The staff always showed mum compassion empathy and good old fashion customer service ... Which is very good considering most shops not all ... Would not no wat customer service is let alone practise it ... Anyway Darby st chemist even let mums credit run up well a lot ... I'm slowly paying it off as that's the right thing 2 do ... Thanks Phill and staff ... 🙏🙏🙏
