They were extremely efficient and ordered the parts and had us on our way within a few hours. Being under a time limit for rego transfer and being 2 hours drive away this was extremely appreciated especially in light of the fact that they may never get return business from us they treated us as if we were a long time customer. I have an awesome Mechanic. Honest, reliable, will always tell you exactly what it needs or doesn't and will tell you the cheapest most efficient remedy... Every year (in fact just yesterday) I drive 263.7 km, 3hour 5mins to get my annual roadworthy and/or service... I have taken my car to John Carter and the Carter Automotive team for the last 10 years. I won't go anywhere else, nor should you.

I can not recommend these guys enough. Customer service over profits. We hired a car and it got scratched in a car park. They just shrugged it off and refunded our full deposit. I was stunned I was expecting a bill for insurance excess or some such. They have my support and my continued custom. That kind of service and care can't be bought.
