I made a second booking for Takata airbag change, after they had my car in for all day just to let me know when I went to pick it up that they didn't had the parts in so nothing was done. Today they let me know on the spot when I was going to drop my car off that they don't have the parts in. Toyota Gladstone keeps booking me in for appointments and sending me away on the day of the appointment!!! What is wrong with you guys I have better things to do!!!
I arrived 5 mins before closing back on the 23rd Dec 2016 as my car was having problems. The staff in service, and the mechanics were extremely helpful & quickly identified the problem. Stephanie from the service department booked my car in for the period between Christmas & New Year so it was ready to go as quickly as possible. Easily the best customer service I have received in my 23 years driving & maintaining a vehicle. I can not speak highly enough of the service from Tropical Auto Group servicing department. You made what could have been a highly stressful break down into an easy fix.
