"IF YOU OWN or INTEND PURCHASING a FORD READ THIS. This business has forgotten what customer service is, the Ford ecosport we bought new from this dealer is a complete lemon at only 2 years old. Ford were fined $10 million dollars for unconscionable conduct in 2018 in relation to this model vehicle. Ever since April last year Ford Gosford have tried to dodge and weave saying its Ford's issue. I have had an independent mechanic who is licenced and does work for the ACCC look at it and say its the worst car he has driven. Ford Gosford claim their guys can't find anything wrong There is one of two things happening here, they are either covering it up or they employ guys who don't know what they are doing I suggest it's the later as I'm sure a guy who is doing inspections for the ACCC does. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There are plenty more car options around.
