I chose Hallmark because I was impressed with their ad, and the fact that Gary did respond to my query. He turned up ready for action and did as professional a job as I could ever wish for. He is a quiet gentleman who gets on with the job and is very thorough. I would not hesitate to employ Hallmark Carpet Cleaners again or to recommend them to others.

Called them,unfriendly staff. Turned off phone right away after telling they are fully booked.

I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies with limited success. After everyone I know telling me to get Focused on Cleaning to clean my carpets I decided to bite the bullet. I thought the carpets were at the end of their life. Focused on Cleaning revived my carpet to near new. I wouldn't recommend anyone else now.
