I have been using this business for 20 years, but no longer will I go there. The new owners do not have any idea how to fix a car. I took my Subaru Forester to them to sort out a noise in the transmission they diagnosed it as a faulty clutch input bearing. So I had the clutch replaced, but this did not fix the problem, after consultation with a transmission specialist they suggested it was centre diff noise. I took the car back to RBR to have the gearbox removed and they took it to the specialist for repair. This fixed the problem but when I was driving the car in heavy traffic I noticed that the clutch pedal would disappear to the point where it was barely driveable. So I took the car back to them, they diagnosed it as the clutch master cylinder, and they replaced it. However, when I got the car back the pedal was very low, and the pedal would still disappear in traffic. I took it back twice, they couldn't fix it, so I fixed it myself with a new slave cylinder and pedal adjustment.
