Our Design Charges generally range from 3 -6% for full Design Services from Concept Plans through Working Drawings to Building Approval. (not including external consultants charges.) If desired we can act as the client's Agents/Project Managers in keeping an eye on the construction to be in accordance with the Building Plans.
