A rare gem of a nice person in the Byron Bay area. I've used another person who lied and didn't do his job well. Purchased a large tv from the good guys in Ballina (Eric). Highly recommend. Needed tv mounted on wall and old plasma removed Han was able to do same day. Guys arrived with tv and had it mounted and connected to Foxtel very quickly, a lot of care taken in doing so. Programmed tv and set up so I didnt have to fuss. Would not hesitate to use them again for this and other electronic services

Spoke to Michael over the phone who was very friendly and gave me some great advice. He was honest in what the outcome would most likely be, and because of his advice I decided it was time for a new TV. So I didn't use his service in the end but I appreciated the phone chat and the help he gave.
