Very unprofessional and arrogant business. They have a lot to learn about professionalism. They think they are the superstar car renter in Newcastle and people won't have any other way but go to them. Feeling so pity for the attitude they are carrying back from, perhaps, the non-internet era.

Excellent Price & Service

I rented an immaculate pantek from a lovely salesman named Jack. It was a pleasure to drive. During my rental period I was following an individual with a trailer carting wood. 3 pieces fell out and smashed into one of the two tyres on the back of the truck. I took the truck back with the damaged tyre and still got my bond back. I was very impressed and cannot thank the ARA team enough. Excellent prices and small bond. I don't know how they do it for the prices. I highly recommend this company for its perfect vehicles customer service and lovely happy staff. A lot of other businesses should learn from your example on how to treat customers. Well done. I'll be back.
