Staff were really good except for the owner for one he was rude and then after l returned the truck he rang me once but
l couldn't answer it because l was busy at a new job l had just started then the next day I checked my accounts and he had kept the bond and he went into my other account and took out 250 over drawing it (he had no right to do this) with no explanation that is wrong and l will be taking this further. Not to mention the price going up from 99 to 150 from just over 6 months ago.he is taking advantage of the corona virus when people are loosing jobs and struggling and he can't complain about business because he wouldn't be able to keep up with all the people moving here from down south I am not happy.
Shocking customer service. I called regarding a 6 month hire of a truck and Kevin Kealy the owner hung up on me. I then tried all the numbers on the website, including his mobile and they either went to message bank or were disconnected. Professional? Not in the slightest.
