Lauren from Travel Associates is worth her weight in gold! When another travel company left us hanging out to dry she stepped in and with no fuss put all our flights into place. Her communication was exemplary. As seasoned travellers, we were so relieved and very impressed! We have returned to Lauren at Travel Associates & again she has shown outstanding knowledge and dealt with us in a very caring, but professional manner. Highly recommend.
