A great service, picked up at Brisbane at midnight to the Gold Coast, any time not a issue,

No one calls, no one sends any information when they will deliver. They come to my appointment when I am not at home, leave me a massage in my mailbox, I waiting delivery 2 weeks without any information about it, then I need to call them and ask when they will deliver my order? I have a manager downstairs they take all delivery peoples order! But Action Express don't like him, because how tell me a lady on the phone all manager stole or don't care! I am very angry about this service!!! I know if its good customer service they need to give information to peoples when they will arrive.

FastRider picked up from me within 2 hours and was at the destination SAME DAY from a semi rural area to Gold Coast in same day is outstanding! I'll definitely use them again.
