The lady never rang back as promised and goods still at the depot

Been waiting for over a week for a parcel. Can see it is literally sitting in their depot at Coffs online but can’t contact them directly to even speak about it. Useless phone contact said she can’t even find the tracking number or anything to my address when I can even see it myself online.. literally just needed to speak to the depot but nope, not allowed to contact them myself. Terrible service don’t recommend AT ALL
